For decades, strength training, conditioning routines, and even nutrition research have been based mainly on male physiology. But women are not men with boobs and tubes women have completely different hormonal systems.

So many women go through midlife feeling “off” without realising their symptoms are actually linked to perimenopause. it can affect EVERYTHING… training, energy, recovery, motivation, you name it! As a Menopause Movement coach, I’m here to make this journey a whole lot easier.

As oestrogen declines during perimenopause and menopause, heart-disease risk rises sharply yet many symptoms can be subtle, missed, or mistaken for everyday fatigue.
